Ingredients for Himalayan Pink & Peppermint Bath Salts
4 cups of Solar Salt (by weight 37.2 ounces)
2 cups of Pink Himalayan Salt (by weight 19.5 ounces)
1 tsp of Fractionated Coconut Oil
1 tsp of Triple Distilled Peppermint Essential Oil (1%)
I chose Solar Salts because of their unique extra course structure of this salt that is produced by the Solar evaporation of seawater from the Great Salt Lake
I picked Pink Himalayan Salt because it contains 84 beneficial trace elements unique to the ancient sea beds in the Himalayan Mountains – and they give this recipe a hint of pink.
Fractionated Coconut Oil is added to this recipe to add a light oil coating to the skin making it safe to substitute any essential oil that you desire. Fractionated Coconut Oil is unique carrier oil because it has no double bond triglycerides which mean it will never go rancid so your towels won’t stink. You can chose to substitute for Castor Sulfated AKA Turkey Red Castor Oil if you want absolutely no oil left in the tub because it is the only oil that is water soluble.
I chose triple distilled because of the distinctive candy aroma that it has.
Enjoy!

Awesome! I absolutely love and swear by FCO - it's the only thing I'll use in my EO blends (and my customers LOVE it too!)
